About me
I’m Sam Reilly — a men’s coach based out of the UK, working with guys on the stuff they don’t bring up at the pub. I started coaching after spending most of my twenties too anxious to enjoy a relationship I was actually in. When I finally sorted it out, I realized the things that actually helped weren’t the things men usually hear.
That’s what this site is. Not motivational noise. Not “alpha” nonsense. Just the specific skills — physical, psychological, relational — that actually move the needle on confidence in the bedroom.
My background, honestly
I’m not a therapist. I’m not a doctor. I’m a coach with a certification in CBT-based coaching and five years of one-on-one work with men on anxiety and confidence. I’ve read the research because I had to, to help my clients. Where I cite studies, I link them. Where I’m drawing on client work instead, I’ll tell you that too.
For anything clinical — panic disorder, PTSD, depression, severe ED — I refer clients out. I’ll do the same on this site.
What you’ll find here
- Specific exercises, not pep talks
- Honest discussion of anxiety and its feedback loops
- Communication scripts that actually work
- What the research says about performance anxiety, including where it’s uncertain
What you won’t find
- “Just be confident, bro”
- Red-pill nonsense
- Unverified supplement stacks
- Shame, either direction
Medical note
If erection problems appeared suddenly and don’t have an obvious anxiety source, go see a doctor. ED is sometimes the earliest sign of cardiovascular trouble, and the good news is that the earlier it’s caught the more treatable it is. Confidence work is for when the plumbing is fine and the head is getting in the way.
